Fifth GradeEmotionally, two things will be happening to our students. First, some will begin going through the challenging period of preadolescence and second, they will be leaving the comfortable environment of elementary school. These transitions can be both challenging and exciting. Homework PolicyStudents will receive homework Monday through Thursday. Parents should be checking to make sure homework is finished. Parents are suggested to read with their child. It helps their comprehension and promotes positive parental involvement. Students are expected to read at least one hour each night.Field Trips
