Every day, after school from 3 to 6pm, you can find students having fun in the the "Kids Learning After School" program. Students receive a snack as part of the paid program as well as being able to be involved in the following:
Homework help: Students work together in small groups to help each other out. KLAS staff rotates among groups to provide individualized assistance as needed.
Doghouse: Every Friday students have the Friday fun zone with activities in the gym.
Computers: Students can work on school projects, play educational games, and surf the internet in a supervised environment.
Classes: Students can take a variety of classes offered through Sunnyvale Parks and Recreation. Check out the new artwork in front of the Neighborhood Center for one example student work in these classes.
