Four Questions of Professional Learning Communities
Our mission is to prepare all of our students with a strong foundation of skills and knowledge to succeed in their educational pursuits. Toward this goal we provide staff with the cutting edge professional development and ongoing coaching they need to help students learn.
We use the four questions posed by educational expert, Rick Dufour, as our guideposts:
- What do we expect students to learn?
- How will we know if they are learning?
- What will we do when students are already proficient?
- How do we respond when students don't learn?
