Students who take art in 7th and 8th grade will be exposed to projects and art history lessons involving two dimensional designs such as drawing, painting, printmaking, and architecture. They will also experience three dimensional design such as sculpture, ceramics, and graphic design. Subjects such as social studies and math will be carried over and incorporated into the lessons. Many of the student projects will be displayed in and around school and shown in the Columbia Annual Art Show during the Open House at the end of the school year.
