So here we are, in the class of Ms. Poole. There is not that much to do in here but to listen to the reader, do an activity (by the way, are so cool), or do your work. Unless you are sent out of class for bad behavior, this is what the class is all about. But
don't get the wrong idea, this class is not so boring, it is pretty cool!
Here we have two students working on an activity that Ms. Poole has assigned to her class. You have work hard even on activities to get a good grade; you cant just pretend your working an just start talking. You are going to have
a lot of work in this class, but when you do all your work, when your grade comes out to be an A or a B, even a C, it feels good to know you tried you hardest and your best to earn your grade!

"I expect my students to leave with more knowledge than they came in with." -Quoted from Ms. Poole. Now you see why Ms. Poole is a good teacher, although you, the reader, or your child that has Ms. Poole may think she is a bad teacher, but she really is just
pushing your child to actually think, and work for themselves. Of course there is always going to be bad apples to put peer pressure on you, but all you have to do is ignore them and do the best you can. As a quote from Ms. Poole- "I have high expectations of my students."
Now you know that her students actually have to work to get a good grade in this class! You can't just talk and expect to get an "A", you have to discuss your work with your teacher and classmates in your group, and you have to do your work to get a reasonable grade for you and/or your parents.
