• Parent Teacher Organization

  • Welcome to the Bishop Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO).  We are a volunteer group of parents and staff members working together to enhance the school experience for Bishop students, families, and staff. 


    Please get involved in your student’s school by attending PTO events and volunteering to help!

    PTO Meetings are held the second Friday of each month. Join in at anytime to help plan events and share ideas on how we can support our students and staff.


    Fundraisers at Bishop include the the Walk-a-Thon, Direct Appeal letter, Dine Out Nights, Box Top$ for Education, Sports Basement Basementeers, and e-Scrip.  The PTO uses these funds to sponsor field trips for every Bishop student, teacher mini-grants, school wide assemblies, teacher and student supplies, and larger gift items to the school.  Money raised from fundraisers also allows the PTO to put on great community building events such as Family Movie Nights, a Holiday Party, the Multicultural Fair, and Teacher Appreciation events.
