Employee Agreements

The Sunnyvale School District enjoys an excellent cooperative working relationship with both the Sunnyvale Education Association (SEA) and the California School Employees Association (CSEA). 

A priority of the Human Resources Department is to maintain and promote efficient, consistent, and supportive employer-employee relations. The Deputy Superintendent of Human Resources regularly meets with the union leadership teams to ensure good communication.
