Announcing New Superintendent Dr. Gudiel Crosthwaite

The Sunnyvale School District is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Gudiel Crosthwaite as its new superintendent, effective July 1, 2025.

With nearly 30 years of experience in education, Dr. Crosthwaite joins SSD from Lynwood Unified School District. Please read below for more information about Dr. Crosthwaite's background and accomplishments.
