The Governance Team (Board of Education and Superintendent) will engage in a discussion, facilitated by Sandy Lyon and Greg Plutko of Leadership Associates, on Preparing for a new Board Member/Team Building and Review of the Governance Handbook; Implementing the new Strategic Plan and assessing new ideas through the lens of the Strategic Plan; Review of Discussion Topics for 2024-25; Best Practices for Policy Review including the role of a Policy Review Committee; and Review of the California Latino School Boards Association (CLSBA) annual Unity Conference.
