FUTURE CHEF CULINARY CHALLENGE

Calling all 1st to 5th grade students! Future Chef’s National Culinary Challenge is back! We are looking for your favorite fruit or vegetable side dish recipe. The Future Chef’s competition is a fun way to learn new cooking skills and show off your love of food!

One lucky winner from each elementary school from Sunnyvale School District will be chosen as a finalist to compete in our live cooking contest at Lakewood Elementary on Friday, March 31st, 2023. All finalists will receive an award, a metal, chef coat, hat, and apron and a special prize! As a bonus, the winner of this event will be entered in the Future Chefs National Challenge for some additional great prizes!

Recipes can be submitted anytime between January 4th,2023 to January 27, 2023, using the QR code to access the Student Recipe Submission Portal. You can also get a paper recipe from your kitchen staff.

¡Llamando a todos los estudiantes de Primer a Quinto grado! ¡El Future Chef's National Culinary Challenge está de vuelta! Estamos buscando su receta favorita de guarnición de frutas o verduras. ¡La competencia del Futuro Chef es una forma divertida de aprender nuevas habilidades culinarias y mostrar tu amor por la comida!

Un afortunado ganador de cada escuela primaria del Distrito Escolar de Sunnyvale será elegido como finalista para competir en nuestro concurso de cocina en vivo en Lakewood Elementary el viernes 31 de marzo de 2023. ¡Todos los finalistas recibirán un premio, un metal, un abrigo de chef, un sombrero y un delantal y un premio especial! Como beneficio adicional, el ganador de este evento participará en el Future Chefs National Challenge para obtener grandes premios adicionales.

Las recetas se pueden enviar en cualquier momento entre el 4 de enero de 2023 y el 27 de enero de 2023, utilizando el código QR para acceder al Portal de envío de recetas para estudiantes. También puede obtener una receta de papel de su personal de cocina.
