PUBLIC NOTICE

The Sunnyvale School District will hold a public hearing regarding the 2024 Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) Annual Update.

To solicit recommendations and comments from the public regarding spending regulations for supplemental and concentration grants.

To notify the public of the opportunity to submit written comments regarding the specific actions and expenditures to be included in the Local Control and Accountability Plan.

To demonstrate to the public how the Sunnyvale School District intends to meet annual goals for all students with specific activities to address state and local priorities.

PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing regarding the proposed adoption of the LCAP will be conducted during the Board of Education meeting being held on

May 30th, 2024

at 819 W. Iowa Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA

(meeting begins at 6:00 p.m.)

All parents and community members are invited to attend and provide input on this topic.

Any interested party may inspect the Local Control and Accountability Plan and Budget prior to the public hearing:
