Student support is a top priority for Sunnyvale Middle School.  We work with students and staff to maintain a positive campus climate through our PBIS program, social-emotional support, Response to Intervention (RtI) program, and a comprehensive school safety plan.  Each of these programs targets an essential area for student safety.  PBIS promotes positive behavior by reinforcing desired behaviors on campus when they happen. Social support includes a robust counseling program, with both individual and group options.  Response to Intervention (RtI)The school safety plan organizes the school in the event of an emergency and maps drills for different emergency scenarios.
