Here in the Sunnyvale School District, our motto is Learn Today, Lead Tomorrow. We strive to provide comprehensive programming that meets the needs of all students and offers them a place to explore their interests and follow their passion. 

We are extremely proud of our students and their achievements. Our schools have been recognized state-wide and nationally for excellence. The variety of curricular and extra-curricular offerings in the District is outstanding, and we continually strive to update them to meet the needs of our students and prepare them for their academic futures.

Our teachers, support staff, parents, administration and school board members continue to diligently work together to enhance the district’s educational system for the purpose of providing our students with excellent learning opportunities.

Local businesses and community resources are continually making themselves available for our students to extend their learning opportunities, and our community volunteers are an exceptional extension of our teachers and schools, providing additional opportunities for our students. 

I invite you, as parents and guardians, to get involved in your child’s education.  There are numerous opportunities to engage in our schools, everything from volunteering at a school to attending conferences and family nights to serving on the PTO/PTA.  I encourage you to explore the many options available to you to support your child at their school.
