The Sunnyvale School District adopted a resolution imposing developer impact fees pursuant to A.B. 2926, effective January 22, 1988.  Building permits will not be issued without a completed Certificate of Compliance.

Effective August 1, 2024, the rates are as follows:

All payments must be made by check or money order and only payable to Sunnyvale School District.
