• Salary and Benefits

    We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits packages. Some highlights include:

     

    • We honor all years of teaching experience!
    • Special Education certificated staff receive an additional step on the salary schedule!  This is additional income that contributes to your retirement.  (For example, if you are a new teacher, by starting on Step 2 instead of Step 1, you will earn an additional $9,500 after 5 years than you would have if you started on Step 1). 
    • For the 2022-23 school year Special Education certificated staff will receive an additional $6,000 signing bonus ($3,000 for Year 1, and $3,000 for Year 2).
