Certificated Staff:
We offer highly competitive salary and benefits packages. Some highlights include:
- We honor all years of credentialed teaching experience! (A year of experience shall consist of continuous active service for 75% or more of each school year.)
- Special Education certificated staff receive an additional step on the salary schedule! This is additional income that contributes to your retirement. (For example, if you are a new teacher, by starting on Step 2 instead of Step 1, you will earn an additional $9,500 after 5 years than you would have if you started on Step 1).
- For the 2024-25 school year, Special Education certificated staff will receive an additional $6,000 signing bonus ($3,000 for Year 1, and $3,000 for Year 2).
Classified Staff:
We offer highly competitive salary and benefits packages. Some highlights include:
- Honor up to 3 years of similar experience (A year of experience shall consist of continuous full-time service in a paid status in the same classification and same employer for 75% or more of a 12 month period).
